Talente im Netz is a network of independent recruiters and was founded in Berlin in 2016. We can look back on four successful years in which we filled tricky positions for customers such as OTTO and Flixbus.
We live our passion for active sourcing by identifying the best candidates and advising companies strategically on their talent acquisition.

Max founded Talents on the Net in 2016.
His greatest strengths are:

As moderator of the XING “Tech Recruiter Community” group with over 1,200 members, he supports colleagues with his expertise. In Berlin he worked for one year at HR-Recruiting Services GmbH as a recruitment consultant. Other customers: NetApp, viacom, who delivers what, Q_PERIOR, diconium, and others.
At Talente im Netz he is responsible for internal and external training and business development.
Born in Munich, he returned to his native city after stops in Valencia, Jena and Berlin. In his free time he conquers the mountains by mountain bike, dances swing and travels.
Marc Rainer Backs
Marc has been on board for three years. His destination: To create the perfect match between companies and applicants in order to establish long-term successful relationships. From close contact with candidates, personnel managers and team members, he develops his strategy to fill even the most difficult vacancies.
His special qualities are empathy and joy of work, with which he can correctly assess and inspire his candidates.
With excellent communication skills and as an expert in interviews, he confidently guides future talents, managers and executives to their dream company.
For talents on the net, he is responsible for the continuous improvement of interview guidelines and tracking systems.
The best thing for him is a signed contract, which after his assignment ensures that everyone involved says “Perfect!”
Born in the capital, he continues to enjoy the Berlin air and also enjoys travelling to New York and other metropolises. After work Marc changes the keyboard for the keyboard: Then the atmospheric pieces by Yann Tiersen sound out of the salon.
Tiffany Tara Anderjaska
